Oven: Preheat the oven to 200-220ºC without defrosting, place on an oven-safe tray, greased with a little oil and bake for 8-10 minutes, half on each side.
Fryer: Without defrosting, fry in plenty of hot oil (180ºC) for 2 -3 minutes.
