For soup: Without defrosting, pour the product (400 g) in some tomato and onion sofrito. Add 2 liters of water. Let it boil 25-30 minutes. Add 75 g of soup noodles, season and cook for 5-8 minutes. Serve. For paella: Without defrosting, add the product (400 g) in some tomato and onion sofrito. Add 2 liters of water. Let it boil for 12 minutes. Add 450 g of rice, season and cook 15-20 minutes. Remove from fire and let it rest before serving.
