Fryer: Without thawing, fry in plenty of hot oil (175ºC) for 4 minutes. Drain and serve still hot.Oven: On a baking tray, sprinkle the skewers without thawing with sunflower oil so that they catch a little fat on all sides. Put in a dry oven, preheated to 210ºC, for 6-7 minutes.
